Scott has been casting since 1996 and casts for feature films, independent films, TV, drama and comedy, theater, and Internet. Scott has been recognized by the industry on numerous occasions; he was named Backstage West Casting Director of the Year in 2009 and 2010, and won the Heller Award for Favorite Television Casting Director from the Talent Managers Association in 2010. Not only is Scott David one of the top casting directors in Hollywood, but he's also one of the most actor-friendly. When he’s not working with agents and managers all over the country, he’s sharing his insight with our community numerous ways. In “Scott’s Picks,” he chooses three Beckinfield videos to spotlight each month.
Marc Scott Zicree
Marc has written for numerous television shows including “Star Trek: Next Generation,” “Deep Space Nine,” and “Sliders” and wrote the bestselling book, “The Twilight Zone Companion.” He has been a guest on over 100 radio and TV shows, including “The Today Show,” “Entertainment Tonight,” and NPR’s Morning Edition. He recently won a Saturn Award for his work on the Twilight Zone Season 1 & 2 Blu-rays. Marc has created several videos for Beckinfield Magazine wherein he shares his thoughts on breaking into the industry.

Actor and Director
Jonathan Frakes joined the cast of Beckinfield in late 2011. Best known for his role as Commander William T. Riker in numerous Star Trek shows and movies, Jonathan has also directed and acted in TV shows like “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Burn Notice,” and “Leverage.” He brings years of experience, on both sides of the camera, to our community. And he didn’t just join the cast; he was also the judge for our Ultimate Online Audition Contest. After viewing all 18 finalists’ videos, he chose Michael Town as the winner of the $10,000 Grand Prize and trip for two to Hollywood.
